Please check your child’s immunization record and if your child:
- Already had the Tdap vaccine; take the immunization record to the health office at your child’s school for proper documentation.
- DOES NOT HAVE the Tdap vaccine; make an appointment with his/her doctor to receive the vaccine .
Students who do not provide proof of the vaccine before the start of the school year will not be given a class schedule and will not be allowed to attend school.
