Students must read their new independent novel 30-60 minutes a night to a family member.

Due 5/20 by 8 AM

Students must complete the Google Classroom activity posted regarding their current or former library novel.

Students must finish their Cornell notes for Chapter 8 of Hatchet in their INs.

Due Friday 3/29 before midnight

• Finish vocabulary activity (extra credit to those who submit Google Doc before Friday).

Students must practice rehearsing their scripts for the PBL Showcase.

Students must answer essential question 6 for Hatchet Chapter 6 in their Google Doc.

Students must read Hatchet Chapter 6 and write Cornell notes on pages 58-59 of their Interactive Notebook.

Students must complete their final products by the PBL Dry Run.

Complete pages 50-51 of the Interactive Notebook started in class (Hatchet vocabulary activity for Chapters 1-3)

Read Chapter 3 of Hatchet with Cornell notes on pages 48-49 of the Interactive Notebook.

Students must read chapter 2 of Hatchet and write Cornell notes on pages 44-45.

Students must write a summary to their Cornell notes on page 43.

Students must practice their scrips in preparation for Boss Day #2.

• Writing Prompt: Write a 3-5 paragraph informative essay on line paper introducing yourself, including hobbies, special interests, facts about yourself, and important information I should know.  Think about the survey you took in class. Staple if you need to.

Please try to have all necessary supplies ready to be checked by Monday.

Visit your local library and check out a fun book to read.

Read at least 60 minutes over the weekend in one sitting.

Get parents to read and sign Syllabus and Novels document.  Book money is not due yet.
