Practice your presentation speech!  You should sound like an expert who is well-versed in your group's need, community, solution, and implementation towards the solution.  
I've uploaded the speech outline to G.C. You can make a copy, fill in the parts that pertain to your group specifically, and then use that to practice until it sounds like you're an expert.  The end goal is for you to be able to communicate this information to the audience without visual aids (not using the chromebooks, your tri-fold, or papers/index cards.
