Parent Workshop at El Rancho

The El Rancho Unified School District is hosting a parent workshop presented by Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Daniyelle Beal. This workshop will focus on how our actions as adults affect our children's behavior. This workshop will take place in the El Rancho Professional Development Center, 9333 Loch Lomond Drive. Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 5:00 pm. Child care and Spanish interpretation will be provided.

Future Don Night is an important opportunity for students and parents/guardians of incoming 9th graders (Freshmen) to become familiar with El Rancho High School. 2019 East Coast Broadway and the Arts Tour

Join us on the 2019 Spring Break Broadway and the Arts trip to Philadelphia and New York City! On this tour, we will visit many of the historic sites that served as inspiration for the the musical Hamilton, including The Death Rock-the site of the duel between Alexander Hamilton and Aaron Burr.
If you sign up by February 22, you will get $50 off the cost of the tour.

Now Accepting Applications for 18-19 School Year

We are pleased to announce that the STEAM Academy @ Burke is now accepting admissions applications for the 2018-19 school year. The deadline to submit an application is April 3rd. The application can be found on the STEAM Academy’s website home page and under the student tab. Please remember that only those students who live outside of the school’s boundaries need to submit an application.

California Healthy Kids Survey, 2017-2018

The purpose of this survey is to obtain information from the students about their knowledge, attitudes and behavior about things that affect learning. It deals with such issues as truancy, safety, harassment, substance use, school connectedness, and learning supports.

Student participation is very important and anonymous, but voluntary; if you would like to opt-out, please contact the front office. The information provided will help guide district and school efforts to promote safety, enhance learning supports, improve student achievement, and reduce health risks that stand as barriers to learning.
